Cielo, which means 'heaven' or 'sky' in Spanish, is the restaurant at Ventana Inn & Spa. Situated on 243 acres, 1,200 feet above the rugged Big Sur coastline, the restaurant's warm and rustic interior opens out onto an outdoor dining terrace where panoramic views stretch for 50 miles.
